680 - Leave CTE with the intention of continuing later - to identify students who plan to continue the program, but may be skipping a semester or a year.

“N”= Not Complete code. Use this code on any record where it is necessary to indicate that the student did not complete the course for any reason (including “drop” or “incomplete”).

New Credit Recovery Code field to indicate credit earned through make-up credit program “Y”= credit earned through make-up credit program; “N” = credit not earned, or not earned

through make-up credit program Term Code “S” will indicate make-up credit was earned in Summer School

Original Hire Date; (required for all reported staff) Exit Date; (required when staff leave the LEA) Tenure Date (required when tenure is granted by the LEA)
