Customer Relations Assistant

Duties include: Greet all visitors; provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, take messages, maintain cleanliness of front desk area. Skills include: customer service, conflict resolution, excellent communication, computer, and problem solving skills; must be able to keep calendar and be aware of all reservations. Must attend leadership & development workshops. Cross-training in other areas as back-up is also required.

Program Assistant

Duties include: Providing general office support to MSL staff--photocopying, scanning documents, data entry, answering phones, making and accepting deliveries, proofreading, preparing mailings and resource materials, maintaining mail room and staff break room, other general office duties as required. Building AssistantDuties include: Supervision of rooms in the BCC, greets all guests, monitor reservations, disseminate information, and assist Facility. Assistant with cleanliness and maintenance of all rooms located in the BCC. Academic Support Assistant

Provide support for the Academic Support Unit, which includes assisting with the Book Loan and Tutorial Programs. Research AssistantWorks directly with staff members on special projects, which include research, assessment/outcomes; telephone solicitation; program execution, other duties as assigned. Marketing Assistant

Supports the Program Resource Specialist with the design and execution of office publications and marketing materials, managing website and social media accounts. Skills include: Typing, computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, as well as, basic knowledge of Dreamweaver, CSS, HTML, and PHP; good interpersonal skills; good oral and written communication skills.
