iSPORT 1958 – 2019: Play Your Role
AIC competition begins this weekend with fixtures predominantly against Padua College. Our swim squad goes head to head with Marist College Ashgrove at Ashgrove on Friday afternoon, with the No. 2 and No. 3 AIC swim teams against each other. Sailing continues Sunday with the first round of fleet and teams racing.
Another highlight will be the AIC Ecumenical Service at St
Edmund’s College on Thursday. All coordinators / coaches /
managers of our summer sport teams also have an induction
evening on Wednesday.
It is also important for representative sport players (Lytton / Composite / Met East) to follow directions provided by the Daily Bulletin and the weekly newsletter. These processes involve paperwork and permission that need to be adhered to.
Last week’s training / trials / games against Ashgrove hopefully
provided preparation for the coming season. All are asked to be
patient as we strive to get our large program underway.
Remember to Play Your Role via:
- Think before you speak - Act respectfully and with humility - Play in the spirit of the game - Using Graham’s Crossing in North Road.
Communication
The Newsletter, Twitter and the Daily Bulletin (for students) are
the main forms of sporting communication. Please read them.
