This week’s speaker is Scott Marshall. He

is the Deputy Town Manager of the Town

of Bluffton since December 2015. Prior to

2015, he was with Beaufort County since

2009 holding positions as director of PALS

and executive director of Beaufort County

Board of Election and Registration. A re-

tired Air Force office, Marshall was also an

organization and strategy consultant with

Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. During his 23-

year military career, Marshall served a

nuclear weapons technician, a substance

abuse counselor and a personnel officer.

He also served in Operation Iraqi Free-

dom. He received the Bronze Star Medal.

He has MPA from American Public Univer-

sity and bachelor’s degree in political sci-

ence and psychology from Eastern

Michigan University.
