handling check-ins and providing tourist inormation all while remaining riendly, helpul, exible and patient.
To increase employee efciency and productivity, the communication system should be integrated with thehotel operations.
Integrated in the Alcatel-Lucent
OmniPCX Oce Communication
Server is a straightorward hospitality
solution tailored to the needs o small
to medium-sized hotels, bed and
breakasts, resorts, spas and tness
centers. Since the solution is ully inte-
grated in the OmniPCX Oce it can be
deployed without additional costs.
The solution is extendable with addi-
tional eatures and services using the
Oce Link Driver (OLD). This interace
enables an external hotel application to
be integrated with the OmniPCX Oce.
The hospitality solution is simple,
user-riendly and intuitive addressing
the mobility needs o hotel sta while
providing a eature-rich, always-
reachable service to guests.
