ENHANCED COMMUNICATION

Iconixx Incentive™ dashboard is flexible, yet simple and secure and it puts critical bonus information in one, easy-to-access place.

• Reports: view all role related reports and subordinate data (pay statements, bonus allocations, budgets, etc.).

• Real Time Data: field personnel and managers can view their year-to-date bonus, MBOs and individual performance factors with “sliders”.

• Workflow lnbox: access a roles-based “Inbox” with related workflow items like: worksheets, adjustments, HR requests, and custom workflow elements.

INCENTIVE COMPENSATION PLAN FORECASTING - “WHAT IF” & BUDGETING

Incentive Compensation plan implementation is easier to forecast and execute with Iconixx Incentive™. Create, compare and change variable pay plans in a “Model” environment before implementing in the field. Iconixx Incentive™ offers you three views of bonus compensation in real time:

• Query and Estimate: Users can “What If” with individual and role based bonus elements to view potential payouts, thereby incentivizing optimal bonus behavior.

• View Total Potential Payouts: Model new incentives or changes to existing incentives to anticipate payouts before implementation. View side-by-side comparisons of incentives by individual, plan, team, or any combination.

• Budgets: Create estimated payout amounts, and estimate scenarios for accruals and finance.

BONUS WORKSHEET AND MANAGEMENT APPROVALS

Quickly view and approve large amounts of subordinate based bonus and payout information with “Worksheet” functionality. The Worksheet uses an electronic form that is as flexible as Excel, but as secure as you need, with data that resides in one place.

Like Iconixx Sales™, Iconixx Incentive™ offers three mechanisms to report data: Automatically Generate and Schedule Reports: The Iconixx Incentive™ Reporting interface includes standard templates for pay statements, total compensation, budget allocation, pool distribution, etc.

Create Ad Hoc Reports: The Iconixx Incentive™ Ad Hoc interface allows the user to create criteria and filters, organize columns, and save custom reports.

Analyze Your Data: “Drill In” to see data in many different ways with Iconixx Incentive™ Analysis tools. Additionally, analyzed data can be exported to XLS, XML, CSV, or PDF.
