– A Datacard service available to accurately convert digital card carrier templates from the original application to a new application

• Smart Card Migration– Assistance with new and existing smart card programs available

upgrades to print front and back graphics in 300 dpi resolution• Purchased over 30 printhead upgrades and one UltraGraphix®

module upgrade to equip their locations • Selected Datacard ID Services to manage their project and convert

over 3,100 digital images from 240 dpi to 300 dpi• Also worked with Datacard to convert approximately 400 form

templates created in IBM Works to Microsoft Word– By working with Datacard the customer received high-quality

results without having to utilize precious internal resources

• On-call– A Datacard service provider will perform product

maintenance at the customer’s location on an on‑call basis. The customer is charged a monthly fee to cover all parts and labor within the contracted period of maintenance (CPM).

– On-call services include:• All emergency service during the CPM• All travel time, related expenses and replacement parts • Installation of hardware and software updates as required• Monthly scheduled preventive maintenance inspections• Technical phone support• System software upgrades
