– If digital and solution orientation is the way to go (diffusion of innovation theory, Rogers, 1962). Libraries will have to work on:

• Changing of mindset (user first)– Change Management to inculcate solution oriented

culture

– Upgrading Manpower

» Content Specialist and Solution Provider (require good network with experts in various fields all over the universe)
