The benefits of I/O module checker of MASTER-P5000 increase correctness of module test, increase of stability by removing malfunctions during operation at early stage and save test time by automatic test function.

2. Setting system general

HMI of MASTER-P5000 I/O module checker is able to set network info, user info, iti f t t d t i ti f d t i i l d th i fposition of test data, communication frame and retransmission cycle and these info are

saved at separate file and reuse it when HNI restart

① : Register socket No and IP address of MCPU.retry of connection by clicking [connection retry] button.

3. Setting test condition

MASTER-P5000 I/O module checker is able to test DIM-351, DOM-351, AIM-351/352, AOM-351/352, RTD-351, TCM-351 modules. it set test condition of each channel by clicking [test info DB] button

4. Test procedure

HMI of MASTER-P5000 I/O module checker is able to set test type for each channel ypand save module info having test result then reload it when retest it. User can select test channel freely and ease to retest it when error is occurred at specific channel. By using barcode reader, it is ease to manage test module and increased convenience for user typing

② : Channel selection area, user selects it randomly


③ : Display of test result and printing area. Possible to check out following info. - Module’s normal / abnormal status - Channel’s normal / abnormal status- Display of detailed data of Channel - printing test report




During test procedure, Channel under testing is blinking in ⓛ area, Channel status is display in ② area with normal or abnormal status.detailed data is displayed in ③ area by selecting a channel displayed in ② area

Judgment is displayed on the below screen after module test is finished and test data are saved in system and user can use it again in future.
