intechnology also provides 24/365 ‘hands and eyes’ support as a standard service for colocation and managed server customers.

data centre hosting is a core and expanding element of intechnology’s £100m infrastructure. however, unlike many other managed service providers, intechnology’s key value-add is that dc hosting is just one important component of a complete end-to-end managed service proposition.

this proposition embraces network services, dc hosting, data services, hosted voice, hostedunified communications and calls & lines. it provides the convenience of one-stop outsourcing and a risk-free migration path for customers to transition from old ways of managing their it & comms requirements to the new era of cloud based computing.

There are two standard service options, ‘Colocation’ and ‘Private Suite’. However, we also offer complete bespoke solutions where required.

this is a section of technical space (of not less than 1 full rack) within a shared area of our data centre.the space is enclosed by a partitioned parameter, secured with proximity security and monitored by cctv. we offer 1 x 42u rack as a minimum and from 8 to 32 amps dual feed. additional power andset-up charges may apply.

private suites can be tailored to a customer’s exact requirements, although a number are pre-configured for immediate availability. as standard the suites are accessed by proximity photo id cards and are also monitored by cctv.
