• Plasma head is placed inside a rigid structure calculated by the finite elements method.• 7 axes CNC:

• 4 lineal axes: displacement units + feeding gripper

• 3 rotative axes: torch

• The 3 lineal axes X,Y,Z are divided into the longitudinal axe (X), performed by rack and pinion, driven by a servomotor with absolute encoder. The transversal (Y) and the vertical axes (Z) are fitted with ground high precision rolled thread ballscrews and servomotors with absolute encoder.

• Robust horizontal and vertical clamps, at the entrance and at the exit.

• Clamps are closed hydraulically, regardless of material shape and dimensions.

• Clamps are sensored for material width and height.

• Verification of the measured sizes against the programmed ones.

Los carros de desplazamiento están guiados mediante dos guías lineales accionados mediante un sistema de husillo de bolas rectificado y motor brushless.

Para un mejor amarre y mejor precisión durante el taladrado el T3CH dispone de robustas mordazas horizontales y 4 mordazas verticales accionadas mediante cilindros hidráulicos.

TORCH S O F T WA R E

• The torch is mounted on a head with 3 rotatory axes (A,B,C).

• Driven by special motors designed for robotic industry. Special reduction system is applied.

• The torch incorporates a palpation system, with the aim of measuring the exact position of the piece to cut after positioning and clamping it.

• System patented by DANOBAT.
