The Academy of Amazing Skills

In the Academy of Amazing Skills children develop practical skills like:

Cooking skills – baking cakes, preparing salads, sandwiches and juice. Children also make homemade

preserves. Owning to these skills we ingrain healthy lifestyle and how to use cutlery in a safe way. At

the end of each class children try their dishes. Apart from practical usage such classes give a lot of fun

and fulfillment as the children know that they are able to do such important activities on their own.

Physical skills – everyday exercises and a competition called “Kindergarten Competition” give pupils

the ability to develop their physical activities and also enhance to work in group and instill fairplay

rules. The activities consist of pulling the rope, running in sacks and throwing rings at the target.

Musical skills – like playing a percussion instrument. Children play on such instruments as drums,

tambourine, triangles and rattles. Apart from professional instruments they also play on things like

bottles, cans and bottle caps.

Preparation for learning to write takes place during the entire stay in the kindergarten, among others:

by the provision of toys that stimulate the development of the manual skills , such as all kinds of

bricks , puzzles, manipulative toys. We also give them possibility to take part of other type of activity

we also : modeling with plasticine or other materials , cutting, sticking, drawing, painting.
