Dana’s Shopping Adventure

Dana went to the grocery store.

First she stopped at the fruit section

and picked up 2 apples and put them in her cart.

In the vegetable section Dana put 3 cucumbers in her cart.

Next, Dana went to the bread isle

and put 4 loaves of bread in her cart.

Dana continued to push her cart up the isle and saw to cookies.

She placed 6 boxes of chocolate chip cookies in her cart.

The next isle was the cereal isle.

Dana placed 2 boxes of Lucky Charms and 1 box of Fruit Loops in

her cart.

To make words plural add -s or -es

She was finally done shopping and waited on line to check out.

Soon it was Dana’s turn. She

placed 2 apples, 3 cucumbers, 4 loaves of bread, 6 boxes of

cookies, and 3 boxes of cereal on the belt.
