adhering to FDA 21 CFR 820.30 guidelines from concept to commercialization within a startup company culture. Product include aseptic, fluid connectors, containers, filling needles, fill kits and fill automation machinery using custom human machine interface (HMI) software. This includes the development of encrypted mobile wireless connectivity to tablets and smart phones.

Products targeted the threat detection market for general military and first responder segments.

Director of Engineering - R&D, Germany 1997 – 2001 Directed the development of scientific analytical instrumentation for environmental and life science applications which entailed reengineering the organization from a command and control structure to a team oriented customer focused organization. This included generating estimates to complete the technical work when required by the business. Lead software / firmware, hardware and quality engineering teams to plan the technical aspects of the product, analyze the technical requirements, perform preliminary and detailed design work, implement and integrate the designs, ensure that all requirements were met and release the designs into a production environment.
