We need candidates for the following position:

JOB PROFILE OF SALES REPRESENTATIVES /SALES OFFICERS/Management Trainee

• Gujarat: Total 12. Ahmadabad (4), Surat (2), Barodara (2), Vapi(2),Rajkot (2).

GENERATE SALES:

Responsibilities:

a) ACHIEVE SALES (IN UNITS AND IN RUPEE VALUE) THROUGH RETAIL OUTLETS (SELL-IN) AND DIRECT CONSUMER CONVERSION (SELL-OUT).

b) DELIVER COVERAGE AT RELEVANT KEY ACCOUNTS AS PER DIRECT ROUTE COVERAGE PLAN

c) DELIVER SALES FUNDAMENTALS AND RETAIL PERFORMANCE STATNDARDS.

How will they perform the responsibilities?

i. Making products available & visible in adequate quantities at selected retail stores in sizes and variants in assigned territory through distribution network meeting retail performance standards.

ii. Sell-in to retail stores in first half of the day and sell-out during second half of the day to consumers at the same store and win confidence of the retailers.

For graduate fresher’s will be taken as sales trainees for a period of one year before confirmation as sales representatives with compensation of Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 110,000 per annum.

MBA fresher’s can be taken as sales trainees for a period of 6 months before confirmation as Sales officers with compensation of Rs.130,000 to Rs. 150,000.
