How to identify your social style?
Two behavioral variables or dimensions:
•Assertiveness (Action Orientation) the degree to which a person's behaviors are seen by others as forceful or directive.
•Responsiveness (Emotion Orientation) the degree to which a person's behaviors are seen by others as emotionally controlled.
