Provided guidance on the management of all logistics elements for the Vehicle Mounted Mine Detection (VMMD) System, the Light Weight Mine Roller System (LWMRS), the Light Weight Route Clearance Blade (LRCB), and the R2C Robot.

Assisted the Route Reconnaissance and Clearance (R2C) Program Office in the transition of individual system logistics to the R2C program.

Provided required logistics documentation for all Route Reconnaissance and Clearance acquisitions and procurements. Participated in IPTs on all Route Reconnaissance and Clearance equipment. Provided initial logistics documentation for all Combat Camera and Public Affairs acquisitions and procurements. Conducted Product Verification Tests on numerous Tactical Imagery Production Systems. Reviewed and provided guidance to the program office on FUEs from the Marines deployed both CONUS and OCONUS. Took on the responsibility of assisting with documents outside of the Logistics scope to include the Life Cycle Cost Estimate (LCCE),

the Acquisition Program Baseline Agreement (APBA), and the Naval Probability of Program Success (PoPS) documentation for the Combat Camera team.

Acted as the focal point for the initial logistic identification of Technology Readiness Level 8 subsystems, add-on efforts, and developmental concepts.

Managed several medium to high tempo efforts simultaneously from multiple geographical locations. Coordinated with the MRAP Spiral & Logistics Teams for a controlled, manageable evolution from development to the functional or

team leads once the enhancement has been selected for integration. Assisted the configuration management team with conducting Physical Configuration Audits at the vehicle vendor locations. Researched limitations and capabilities of the spiral product within the logistical area of expertise. Created logistic plans for anticipated technology spirals and insertions. Determined how block upgrades and spirals will be installed and supported in the field and also during the life-cycle of the MRAP

platform. Advised Spiral Development IPT on the logistical impact of proposed technology spirals and insertions, which included new armor

technologies, survivability upgrades, and suspension engineering. Performed as the liaison between the Spiral Development Team, the MRAP Logistics Team, and the individual vehicle platform

Logisticians. Provided guidance on the importance of Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) when integrating new

upgrades to the different MRAP Platforms.

Managed all logistics elements to include, maintenance planning, manpower and personnel, training, technical data, support equipment, supply support, computer resources, facilities, and packaging, handling, storage and transportation for fielded Marine Corps targeting systems.

Assisted in developing and verifying all logistics documentation for new Marine Corps targeting acquisitions and procurements. Assisted with the development and updates to the training plan and training materials. Prepared logistics briefings for Marine Corps Systems Command. Recognized and awarded the Navy Marine Corps Achievement Medal for reengineering and coordinating the local Toys for Tots campaign achieving a 75% increase in toy and cash donations, and a 65% growth in charitable organization participation over the past four years.

Directed, supervised, and assisted one (1) Embark NCO, one (1) Admin Chief, four (4) Admin Clerks as acting First Sergeant and senior Staff NCO.

Effected long-term planning guidance to the Supply Officer and the section in order to support the Battalion training plan. Monitored section members to ensure they were adequately trained in all Individual Training Standards of the supply MOS and

prepared the supply section for inspection by a Division Staff Assist Visit where the section consistently received exemplary levels of proficiency.

Supervised eight (8) Supply Admin Clerks and eight (8) Supply Warehouse Clerks. Implemented reconciliation’s in a highly proficient manner to ensure mitigation of problem areas. Calculated supply operations and executed all necessary supply support for Exercise Kona Winds (HCAO 00-1), ensuring the

Battalion was provided with appropriate Class IX, battery, Servmart, and POL support. Supervised the FY99 closeout, ensuring all outstanding documents possessed valid and appropriate statuses for the fiscal closeout. Compiled information and requirements for all pre-exercise budget data sheets. Instituted contracts and tracked budgets throughout all Regimental exercises. Performed discrepancy reconciliation and problem resolution for any issues with contracts and exercise costs. Meticulously managed and maintained more than $15M in assets and equipment.

Scheduled and de-conflicted the movement of equipment to the Major Subordinate Command AAOE’s, and coordinated the maintenance effort for the Maritime Prepositioning Force equipment ashore. Awarded the Commanding General’s Award for Supply Excellence Flawlessly managed and maintained more than $65M worth of assets and supply equipment.

United States Marine CorpsMay 1995 to June 1997- Using Unit Rep2nd Supply Battalion 2nd Force Service Support Group Marine Force (LANT), Camp Lejeune, NC

Requisitioned and issued $124,000 of mission essential repair parts in support of 2nd Marine Expeditionary Unit (FWD). Coordinated the local purchase and contracting of all supplies in support of FUERTAS DEFENSAS-95. Administered direct customer service supply support to every using unit within II Marine Division. Redesigned the Standard Operating Procedures of 2nd Force Service Support Groups-Customer Service Section providing improved technical support to over 200 supply accounts, for which the Navy Marine Corps Achievement Medal was awarded. Performed duties of Platoon Sergeant supervising a twenty-three (23) Marine Platoon.
