▪ Parc Fermé with all the vehicles of the Rallye

▪ Podium with presentation of all the competitors

▪ Entrance for general public (no accreditation)

▪ Start Podium integrated into the Village on January the 4th

A complete Dakar Experience

▪ Animations of Dakar Rallye : Podium, giant screen,

speaker, expositions of motorbikes, cars, trucks,

autograph sessions, Dakar museum, etc.

▪ Stands of all the sponsors of the Dakar / Catering

▪ Motor Sports festival : MX Freestyle shows, stunt,

animations for children, etc.

▪ Organisation supply electricity needs for your stand

(Power to be precise by the partners)

SECURITY

▪ The Dakar Village is entirely surrounded with fencing

▪ Security agents will be present days and nights

▪ You can add your own security - information to give to

ASO

▪ Partners and its suppliers have to be in order with local

rules and policy

INFORMATION

ACCREDIDATIONS AND PARKINGS

▪ All your staff have to wear an accreditation to work on

Dakar Village

▪ A special Parking is reserved for your staff, next to the

Village

▪ Accreditations & Parking will be given at your arrival during

the setting up

CLEANING

▪ Organisation is in charge of the cleaning of the Dakar

Village (the alleys) and to supply containers during setting

up and dismantling periods for partners

▪ Cleaning in your stand is not included
