• On the right side of your screen, there is a control panel. You should see a microphone, a video camera and a chat bubble.

• When we sing together, you will want to click on your microphone so it is green. Then everyone will be able to hear you.

• If you have a webcam, clicking on it will let everyone else in the meeting see you too.

• The Chat Log looks like a cartoon thought bubble…see it underlined in red? You can type questions or comments into the chat log and everyone will be able to see what you are asking or saying.

Recyclable Craft

Supplies Needed to make your Kazoo

1. One empty toilet paper roll

2. One piece of wax paper

3. One rubber band

4. Stickers and markers

5. Safety scissors

Directions

Color and decorate the empty roll with markers and stickers.(If you do not finish decorating, you can finish after the meeting)

Cut a circle of the wax paper and have a little extra to cover and wrap one end of the roll

Wrap a rubber band tightly around the wax paper at the end of the roll

1.Finally, blow into the Kazoo and make many fun

sounds!!

Activity: Let’s Sort Recyclables At Home

1. Find 4 empty bags for sorting

the recyclables

2. Label the bags with a marker

Bag#1: Aluminum

Bag#2: Paper

Bag#3: Plastic

Bag#4: Compost

Activity: Let’s Sort Recyclables

Directions:

Place your 4 labeled empty bags in

your kitchen. Once you collect your

empty recyclable items, place them in

the correct labeled bag. Does anyone

have items to put into their bags?

Continue to fill up the bags throughout

the day, replacing them with a new

labeled bag, once they are full. Then,

help your parents sort them into the

correct recycling bins to place outside

for trash day. Ask you family members

to join in with the activity if they

desire.
