Job Descriptions Board Chair: A volunteer, 3 year term, apply if
interested. Must be interested in providing technology and digital learning systems to schools. Must have experience in technology or education, with experience in non-profit work. Experience serving under-privileged or under-funded populations would be useful.
Board Member: Volunteer, 3 year term, apply if interested, 10-12 positions. . Must be interested in providing technology and digital learning systems to schools. Must have experience in technology or education, with experience in non-profit work. A background in business, finance, technology, education, non-profit work, or related field is required.

Technology Contact: Paid position. Must hold a bachelors in technology or business. Experience in working in non-profit situations useful. Needs to have great interpersonal and professional skills. Sales background is helpful.

CFO/Accountant: Must hold at least a Masters in finance or accounting. Responsible for managing the operations budget of a non-profit organization; a background in non-profit finance is required. Responsible for overseeing members of a fundraising department.
