MARKET WRAP
Indian markets closed dwn. Nifty and Sensex fell by 0.24% & 0.23%.
Asia-Pacific markts down. Hang Seng down 1.29% & Nikkei 0.57%.
Wall St Down. Italian Manufacturing PMI 50.7. Dow fut dwn 77 pts.
Indian markets move in narrow range with a negative bias through the day and ended on
flat note, ahead of five day trading holiday. The overall market breadth was weak.
Selling in FMCG and oil stocks has limit gains on the benchmark indices. Sensex down
by 62 pts at 26567 and Nifty declined by19 pts at 7945. European market traded mixed.
Stock Recommendation
CapitalHeight’s Stock
recommendation for 01/10/2014 is
Persistent Systems Ltd. In today’s
trading session, it was up by 6.08%.
It has been trading in uptrend. Its
long term trend is up. On the daily
chart, it made a opening white
“Morubozu” candlestick pattern with
good volume. It took resistance at upward trendline level, if it comes above it then we
can see some buying movement in coming days. Momentum indicator stochastic has
also given positive crossover. Its short term support level is at 1360. One can go for long
position in this stock above 1490. The stock may test level of 1580-1600 in coming days.
Our recommendation on Persistent is LONG above 1490 for the Target of 1500-1515.
