1.6:00 Sun Rise Recite Water Prayer (see Hydrotherapy) while taking shower or bath. Dry your body and put on white attire before going to prayer.

2. Sit on chair or pillow (Be sure to open a window in the room in which you are praying.)

Perform the Breath of Life Exercises: 25-100 Cooling Breaths100 Fire Breaths (500 Fire Breaths for work)Sing of chant/spiritual songs or chant the universesal sound "OM." "ANKH."

3. Read a passage from your personal spiritual book. For example: Hu Sia Holy Bible

Book of Coming Forth into Day from Night (misnomered The Egyptial Book of the Dead)The Upanishads Essene Gospel of Peace Holy Quu'ran Kahlil Gibran's The Prophet, etc.

4. Activities of Prayer Session(a)Thanksgiving

(b) Prayers(c) Forgiving (d) Afrmations

5. Song/Chant i.e. "fasting and cleansing" After chanting, go into meditation for 5/30/60 mins.

6. Become the Ocean of Life
