Our SuccessesThis full renovation of a Second Cup kiosk in the Mac Island Recreation Facility provided a modern and on-brand facelift. We successfully completed this project in a three week period and on budget. This work included the permitting process, entire renovations, and subsequent inspections - ultimately allowing the franchise to be open before Christmas and leverage the holiday shopping rush.


BOLLARDREPLACEMENT

Project’s ScopeRepair and re-installation of a damaged bollard at a Petro Canada gas station.

Our SuccessesThis technical repair required a full evaluation of sensitive below grade assets including fuel tanks, gas lines, and instruments. Our technicians completed a full assessment and mitigated all risk to assets before removing and reforming the damage cement bollard in this fuel island, making a full in situ repair quickly and cost effectively.

Project’s ScopeComplete repair of hail damage to roofing, siding, gutter, and windows to 30 affected buildings.

Our SuccessesOur team mobilized and completed repairs to the buildings in just under 6 weeks with only a 2 week notice period before the project started. This allowed for the work to be completed before major snowfall, and ensured occupants were not at further risk of roof leaks from hail damage during the winter and spring.


PRIVATERENOVATION

Project’s ScopeRenovation of client’s condominium, where we installed a herringbone pattern hardwood floor, a completely new kitchen, backsplash, new lighting, and painting.

Our SuccessesThis client had specific requirements for their renovation that we were able to meet on time and within budget. Herringbone pattern hardwood flooring installed over concrete was a unique challenge to overcome due to the moisture content of the concrete. However, our team produced an excellent product to which the client’s sense of style was expressed to their delight. Our work resulted in a relationship where we have the opportunity to continue shaping Brendan and Jackie’s dream home.
