Welcome No other community event highlights the special relationship between a daughter and her father like the Nampa Recreation Center’s Daddy Daughter Date Night. This is a magical night where every girl can dress up, go to the ball, and have a great time with her daddy. It is also a time fathers can devote solely to their daughters, helping build memories that she will always hold dear.

The Daddy Daughter Date Night is held at the Nampa Recreation Center the Saturday night prior to Valentine’s Day. The evening features a dance with age appropriate music, pictures, corsages, face painting, necklace beading, cookies and punch. Dads dance with their daughters and do their best to be Prince Charming. Daughters enjoy seeing dad all dressed up in his best attire.

The Daddy Daughter Date Night began in 1995 and has grown to over 900 fathers and daughters. The Nampa Recreation Center’s Daddy Daughter Date Night is a treasured evening and sure to be one of a daughter’s favorite memories with dad. We invite you to partner with the Nampa Recreation Center to make this event possible.
