The Liturgy of the Word with Children takes place during the 10:15 am Mass on Sunday. This is a year-round program with the exception of certain holiday weekends. The purpose of Liturgy of the Word for Children is to help children ages 3 to 8 to better understand the Sunday readings and how they can put God's Word into action in their lives. Join us on Sept 29th for a Meet and Greet celebration after the 10:30 am Mass in the parish hall. We look forward to seeing you! New Viewing Locations Announced!
Thanks to an overwhelming response, in just three days, more than 1,000 free tickets were ordered for the Thursday, October 3, 2019 Federal Election Debate from a Catholic Perspective. While tickets for the John Bassett Theatre are sold out, four archdiocesan parishes (located in Brampton, North York, Barrie and Oshawa) equipped with the appropriate technology are opening their halls for viewing parties to bring interested Catholics together to participate in this important evening. Individuals can also livestream the event from their own home should they wish to do so. To order free tickets for a viewing party near you or to learn more about the livestream, the debate and related resources, please visit www.archtoronto.org/election.

BAPTISMAL INFORMATION SESSION
The next baptismal information session is on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 7:00 -9:00 pm in
the Parish Hall. All those who wish to have their child baptized are welcome to the session. Baptisms are held every last Sunday of each month at the 12:15 pm Mass.
Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Every Saturday and Sunday, the Parish runs the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd program for children aged 3 to 9. Volunteers are needed on a weekly or bi-weekly basis from October to May. The goal of the program is to help the children and volunteers grow in their relationship with Jesus. In anticipation of the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, the Patron Saint of all animals and the environment, we will be blessing the pets of our parishioners on Sunday, September 29th, at 1:30 pm, behind the church on the green space.

BAPTISMAL INFORMATION SESSION
The next baptismal information session is on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 7:00 -9:00 pm in
the Parish Hall. All those who wish to have their child baptized are welcome to the session. Baptisms are held every last Sunday of each month at the 12:15 pm Mass.
Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Every Saturday and Sunday, the Parish runs the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd program for children aged 3 to 9. Volunteers are needed on a weekly or bi-weekly basis from October to May. The goal of the program is to help the children and volunteers grow in their relationship with Jesus.
