This training will be provided to training professionals with the objective of providing an understanding of the design step in the ADDIE process for the purpose of creating effective learning solutions. It will be presented via a one hour, in-person, synchronous lecture.

• 5 minutes – Ice Breaker Activity• 15 minutes – Lecture • 15 minutes – Practice Activity• 15 minutes – Lecture• 10 minutes – Question & Answer
