Bill Dodwell, Senior Partner and Head of Tax Policy, Deloitte UK; Past President, Chartered Institute of Taxation, UKBill Dodwell is Head of Tax Policy at Deloitte. He is responsible for consultations with HM Treasury, HMRC, the OECD and the EU. Mr. Dodwell was President of the Chartered Institute of Taxation between 2016-2017 and has formerly chaired the CIOT’s Technical Committee. He specialises in international corporate taxation. Mr. Dodwell has represented Deloitte and the CIOT before the UK Parliament, including the Public Accounts Committee, the Treasury Select Committee and the House of Lords’ Economic Affairs Committee. He has also represented Deloitte at the European Parliament’s TAXE committee. He was a member of the UK’s interim Advisory Panel on the General Anti-Abuse Rule. Mr. Dodwell regularly speaks to the media on taxation and tweets as @BillDodwellTax. He has law degrees from King’s College London and Queens’ College, Cambridge. Mr. Dodwell is a chartered tax adviser and chartered accountant.

Will Fitzgibbon, Senior Reporter, International Consortium of Investigative Journalists, USA Will Fitzgibbon is a senior reporter with the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists. Will has reported on ICIJ’s offshore projects, including SwissLeaks, Panama Papers and Paradise Papers. He coordinates partnerships with reporters in Africa and the Middle East.

Marina Belyakova, Partner, Tax & Law, International Tax Services Group, Ernst & Young MoscowMarina Belyakova has more than 14 years of experience in providing tax advisory services on structuring investments in Russian and foreign assets; specializes in tax aspects of building international structures and joint ventures, supporting complex M&A transactions, primarily in Oil & Gas and Power industries. Raffaele Petruzzi, Managing Director, WU Transfer Pricing Center, Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law, AustriaDr. Raffaele Petruzzi, LLM, is Managing Director of the WU Transfer Pricing Center at the Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and International Tax Adviser specializing in international corporate taxation and transfer pricing within the transfer pricing department of Deloitte Vienna (Austria). Since 2007, Raffaele has gained extensive experience in dealing with topics related to international corporate taxation and transfer pricing, both from a practical perspective (by working in different countries within Big 4 companies and in the tax department of a multinational) and from an academic perspective (he is a frequent speaker in international conferences, lecturer in numerous courses, and author of several publications on international tax and transfer pricing topics). Moran Harari, Researcher, Τax Justice Network; Director, TJN IsraelMoran Harari is a researcher at the Tax Justice Network (TJN) and her work focuses mainly on the Financial Secrecy Index. She is also the director of TJN Israel which she established in 2013 at the College of Management. She completed her LL.B at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and her LL.M in International Human Rights law at University College London (UCL). She worked for several years as a tax lawyer in a law firm in Tel- Aviv, and has worked in the Corporate Social Responsibility field both in London and Israel.

Jeremy David Cape, Partner, Squire Patton Boggs (UK) LLP, UKJeremy Cape is a tax and public policy partner in the London office, advising on a wide range of issues, including M&A, private equity, finance, insolvency, and VAT. He has substantial experience in both domestic and global matters, with specific expertise regarding emerging markets and Africa, counselling both governments and taxpayers. He is the only UK-based lawyer specifically rated as an Africa-wide tax expert by Chambers Global and is currently focused on helping businesses deal with the introduction of VAT in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Fiona Fernie, FCA, TEP, Tax Dispute Resolution Partner, UKFiona Fernie is a Tax Dispute Resolution Partner at Blick Rothenberg, having previously spent several years as a Tax Dispute Resolution Partner in a large international accountancy firm, following which she was Head of Tax Investigations at an international law firm. She provides advice and support to clients in managing their tax risk or to those who are under enquiry by HMRC, focusing on large complex investigations, and those with an offshore element. Fiona lectures in relation to tax risk/dispute resolution across the world and is quoted extensively in the media on the subject.
