• 30 million e-bikes could be sold in 2030 in the EU if cycling is prioritized.

3. Off-street bicycle parking norms Ireland only has national non-binding guidelines in place. It should follow the example of 6 EU Member States that legislate national minimum bicycle parking norms for different types of buildings.
