– 1/3/6/8/or 12 months repayment schemes

– Option to set Employees salary frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, 4-weekly or Monthly) or if multiple

salary set ups employee can choose their own

• Invoicing options:

– Provide the option of deposit schemes – meaning employees will received their Certificates as soon as

their request has been approved

– Or we can set invoicing to suit your needs – whether you require to be invoiced; daily, weekly, monthly

or at the end of a wave

– We have the ability to add any required PO’s so these are automatically populated onto the relevant

invoices

Salary Sacrifice Deductions and Payroll Set up

Options available:

1. We will provide a Payroll Deduction File at then end of a wave or as and when required to suit your

specific payroll cut off dates or business needs. The file includes: employees details, number of payments,

salary sacrifice Gross amount, deduction period and more

2. Also via our online administration system MySchemes you can also download a payroll summary

spreadsheet, which has a more condensed list of information

In-House scheme v’s Cyclescheme Process

Your Historical Scheme Data

If you have or currently run a scheme in house Cyclescheme Ireland can seamlessly transfer all historical

scheme data to our online system.

It is a very simple process and means that your past applicants will get the same updates and reminders that

any new applicants will get.

• We will provide a template for you to populate with details of past applicants

• We will upload it to our online system which will ensure all historic and future applications are securely

stored in one place

� Receive scheme warm up emails

� Receive Email notification of when they are next eligible to join the scheme

� Not be able to re-apply until they are next eligible as their email address will be their unique

indicator

your employees at your business location. They can fix any brand

of bike and offer a Bronze, Silver and Gold bike service to keep

your employees bikes in tip top condition.

Cyclist.ie promotes cycling as an integral part of local transport

problems, which include lowering greenhouse gas emissions,
