Individuals who purchase a property with a value of over €300.000 have the right to apply for Cyprus PR.

After a short period no more than 2 months, applicants will receive from the government of Cyprus their Permanent Residence.

The permit applies to husband, wife and all children under the age of 18, however for unmarried dependent children older than 18 to 25 years a separate application can be submitted. The Cyprus Permanent Residence is for life time.
