FIVE STAGES TO REUNIFYThe following are the current stages of operations to release students to their parents safely:
Stage one: Staff and students evacuation to the blacktop.
Stage two: taking attendance of all those students and staff and reporting to operations.
Stage three: the transfer of custody, in which teachers who are First Responders hand over their class to another teacher on the blacktop. First responders meet and receive their communication devices.
Stage four: Student Care Team leaders divide our student body into three grade groups levels and prepare them for parent re-unification.
In stage four, the line up of first period teachers includes some split level classes. Seventh graders would need to move to a 7th grade area, 8th graders would move to the 8th grade area and 6th grade classes would need to move to a 6th grade area, etc. Please look at the diagram attached and review with your class where they are to go. 6th graders will look for Mrs. Razzano for guidance, 7th graders will look for Mrs. Roshay and 8th graders will look for Mrs. Jamison to assist them in their new locations.
Stage five: all task force teams are in full operation with students being released to their parents in an orderly fashion.
