Our Story

Led by former journalists and providing a mix of professionals who know how to hold

and engage audiences - such as animators, writers and creatives; we create brand

communications designed to reach and engage target audiences for member

organisations, businesses, higher education, charities and food & drink brands. Big and

small – we love ‘em all equally. We care and we deliver.

Est. 1988 our team today is a great mix of youth and maturity, combining fresh

creativity, experience and stability, with digital and traditional marketing strategy.

The CW team is a mix of former large agency and client side folk, now loving the smaller agency experience. And this is what we KNOW to be true: bigger agency equals bigger overheads passed onto you the client. Bigger also equals hierarchy and bureaucracy – which can smother creativity and efficacy. Smaller agency culture better supports individuals and team collaboration; so that the passion and creativity that fuels excellence flows freely.

Small agencies also tend to have courageous leaders and individuals who have a personal stake in the business, naturally generating dynamic and self-motivated teamwork and delivering the highest standards in creativity, strategy and client servicing. Your KEY question always has to be “Who will be working on my business?” Will it be the *Agency STARS* rolled out for the day to impress? Or graduates and interns? At the end of the day, after the presentations that won you over are a dim memory, the day-to-day stuff is what your experience and results will be made up of – who is your team made up of?
