SIOUX FALLS CVB LAUNCHES MOBILE WEBSITE

Sioux Falls, SD – The Sioux Falls Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) is excited to announce the launch of a new mobile website. Smart phone users can now access a version of the CVB’s new website, launched in November 2011, that is optimized for navigation on a mobile phone. Visitors to the site will be able to easily find CVB contact information and browse the CVB’s database of places to stay, things to do and places to eat in Sioux Falls with the ability to mark their favorite listings, view additional listing information, and find what is located near them or get directions using the GPS feature on their phone. Visitors will also be able to view a listing of events and a live feed of the CVB’s Twitter postings or request a free Visitors Guide. Meeting and event planners will also benefit from the new mobile-friendly version of the site. They will easily be able to access CVB Sales Team contact information that features simple click-to-call technology. The mobile site also makes it easy and convenient for Meeting Planners to request a free Meeting Planners Guide in a matter of seconds using a simple request form on their phone.
