As an In-charge of QAQC Operation and Project at site, I am responsible to ensure mechanical integrity of onshore plant & offshore facilities (static equipments) including structural integrity of 3 unmanned offshore well head platforms (LA, LB & GA), onshore well pad, 35 Km long subsea & onshore Pipelines at CB/OS2 Block, Suvali Village near Surat in the state of Gujarat, India.

Operations Augmentation Projects Executed:

Two Major project “Artificial Gas Lift Project on offshore platform” (Cantilever Platform extension, Gas Compressor Package manufacturing & installation) and Crude Storage Tank - API 650 construction & Installation at site, beside many other equipments manufacturing & Installation, like Produced Water Cooler, Hydro Carbon Liquid Heater, Feed Product Heat Exchanger, ETP augmentation as well as Offshore Platform Extension, Riser & Conductor Protector and Modular Crane Installation on Offshore Platform, New Flow Arm Installation after successful Drilling campaign with all associated process piping

and structural work.

2. Surveyor (Det Norske Veritas AS - DNV Energy-India) June-2007 to Dec-2009

Worked as a Surveyor and responsible for qualification & verification services, like TPI, consulting work, manufacturing capabilities assessment and project inspection as per end-user requirements at DNV- Baroda station. The DNV is an autonomous service organization; it was established in 1864 at Norway with the purpose “To safeguard Life, Property and the Environment”.

I have been involved in making EO & KO Reactors as per TEMA & ASME Sec-VIII Div-I codes, FCC Regenerator & Reactor, Crud-Vacuum columns and many more heavy pressure vessels with internals in compliance to U and U2 ASME coded certification requirements.
