Process / Profit Improvement Projects:

- Successful improvements made to moulds with regards to increasing the water cooling throughput and supply throughout the plant in order to reduce the cycle times of components – Capacity Improvement

- Successful implementation of hydraulic clamping systems from manual clamping, thereby reducing the mould change time by 60% - Capacity Improvement

- Implementation and upgrading of overhead lifting equipment in order to perform rapid mould changes, in order to facilitate over four hundred mould changes within a twenty four hour cycle
