• Method development for quantification of Genotoxic/Potential genotoxic and organic volatile
impurities by using LC-MS, MS/MS, GC-MS, GC-HS-MS and NMR techniques at trace levels.
• Review of analytical method development documents, validation protocols and reports.
• Provide guidance on analysis of residual metals for the quantification at trace levels (ICP-MS/AAS).
• Involvement in isolation of impurities by preparative LC and characterization using spectroscopic
techniques.
• To carry out stability studies for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients in obedience to ICH guidelines.
• Analytical technical expertise involving Tech transfer/Technical Stewardship activities of commercial
products for regulatory market (US and European).
• Responsible for ensuring delivery time-lines and adherence to customer quality and standards and
customer Relationship management.
• To ensure GLP and safety in analytical labs.
