EMPLOYMENT HISTORYWilliam Hayes Ltd, 2006 to present day. (Packaging distribution), This has been a summer job My responsibilities included dealing with GOODS IN & GOODS OUT, andensuring general up keep of the warehouse. More recently I was in-volved in restructuring and reorganising the floor plan of the ware-house. With my design skills I have helped to design brochures, busi-ness cards and at the moment designing the new van liveries.

Exploria Ltd. 2013-2015 (VW Transporter Conversion)In my placement year at university I worked for Exploria Ltd. The com-pany converted VW Transporter vans to bespoke camper vans for the commercial and leisure industries. Whilst on placement I design and produced the graphics used in their company brochure also designed a new seat cover.

From the age of 6 years old, I was a member Scout movement, through which I completed my Duke of Edinburgh award, Bronze, Silver and Gold. Which I received at St James Palace in 2011. The D of E taught me how to develop and work as an individual and in a team making on the spot decisions, during our expedition. The process has had a positive effect on myself confidence and social life. The skills I learnt and the experience as a whole is something I can take with me into future ventures.

In my spare time I several interest. My fathers passion for cycling means that I regularly cycle with him. I also was a member of a local mountain bike club but University put this on hold. Also I have skied from an early age and also have now learned to snowboard and still go with friends and on family holidays, and it is something I look forward to every year. I took up canoeing as part of my D of E and enjoyed the team aspect of the sport.

Currently I am trying to broaden my design skill set by illustration tutorials on the internet.

ATVThe Land Rover Defender according to press reports is coming to the end of production. This has been one of the main vehicles used by many rescue services

including the Mountain Rescue Organisation. To replace any rescue vehicle is costly and to look for an alter-native to the Land Rover Defender a tried and tested unit is a difficult task. However, the answer may be with another tried and tested unit. The All Terrain

Vehicle based on an Honda Forman used by those in the forestry and farming industries. The concept would be for a quick response unit which can carry specialist equipment quickly where the normal 4 Wheel drives

cannot access and quicker than on foot.
