I have sixteen years of experience as a project manager, senior consultant, auditor and trainer in the following fields:

Occupational Health and Safety, BS OHSAS 18001, Food Safety HACCP, ISO 22000, IFS, BRC, Quality Management ISO 9001, Environmental Management ISO 14001, Food Chains Traceability UNI 10939, Integration of management systems.

I am currently employed at InterBulk Group as QHSSE Manager and Food Safety Manager.

Before moving to the UK in 2009, I have worked in Italy and Europe as a self-employed, home based professional, largely on behalf of Italian national contracting firms.

The customers I have attracted operate predominantly in the food sector. I have developed a vast experience along the whole food chain, from primary production, through to manufacturing, packaging, storage and distribution, retail and catering.

I have strong experience in project management, internal and external auditing, training and enforcement of regulatory and corporate standards.

Since 1995 I have successfully project managed over sixty ISO, BRC, IFS and GMP+ certification processes, working with organisations of different sizes; from small local firms to vast global companies. Besides performing a direct advisory activity, my role has always involved the management of a team, with people from both inside and outside the company. Many projects and certification schemes have been implemented beyond the boundaries of individual organisations, involving the whole supply chain.
