Ensures identification of training needs in consultation with various functional teams forfulfilling programme objectives.
Develops an annual capacity building plan to implement the capacity building strategyincluding individual quarterly work plan
Manages and coordinates the training activity of the various programme components byensuring capacity building of programme and partner staff (including but not limited toparalegals, local stakeholders in CCCs, prison staff).
Ensures need based training by designing training approach, developing module andconducting training with support from internal working group on specific issues and externalconsultants as needed.
Ensures clarity of communication and information flow with line management and matrixmanagement.
Ensures mainstreaming of gender and disability in the development and delivery of training. Co-ordinates the training activity of implementation partners Ensure supervision and management of training program at field level. Contributes in writing of results and reports on training outcomes.
