• Reporting to the Projects Manager/ the Head of Supervision Department.

• Provide standard services for position and senior level particularly in the following • Provide leadership to, and act as a point of contact for the Consultant's team. • Design review services • Coordinate and report to Client about discrepancies / missing details and information in design drawings and specifications. • Carry out random inspections in ongoing works to ensure that execution of Architectural works / Installations are in compliance with contract drawings, specifications, and Local Authorities regulations and report to the concerned Engineer and Project Manager. • Attend meetings with Client and Contractors to resolve and propose technical and Contractual solutions for any outstanding / disputed issues. • Provide recommendations or approval for Sub-Contractors. • Advise the Project Manager on the progress of architectural and Activities and suggest plan of action. • Advise any Project team member on any relevant technical queries. • Proactively manage and process all submissions and issues within the prescribed time Period. • Track, manage and report on status of submittals. • Review and advise, in a proactive manner, on any alternatives that May offer time, cost or quality advantages to the Project reviewing and co-ordination. • Check if the design is correctly coordinated between different disciplines/ parties and if the quality of the design meets the agreed specs (structural, architectural, mechanical & electrical). This includes both management of the Contractor, Sub Contractors and other Appropriate specialists.

4 - Work in the project of planning of the second and third neighborhood in New Minya city within the team using the (TOTAL STATION) device.

12 - Construction of the headquarters building of Qatar Red Crescent Society Qatar's - at Al Khor area at a cost of QR 15 million - project consists of administrative offices, meeting room and storage building . Completed in 18 months

13 - Construction of a mosque belonging to the Awqaf in Al Khor area in Qatar at a cost of QR 17 million project consists of a housing area for prayer, imam, library, stores and parking. Completed in 18 months

14 - Construction of a residential building which consists of the basement, ground and 8 floors at Bin Mahmoud city of Doha, Qatar at a cost of QR 80 million - the project consists of shops, apartments and parking areas. Completed in18 months

15 - Construction of a Palace for Mr. Saad Ahmed Abdul Aziz at Al- Zakhira in Qatar with the cost of QR 25 million project consists of the Reception Pavilion, the pavilion of living, sleeping pavilion, covered swimming pool , roof and electric circuits which works by Smart automation system . Completed in 16 months
