He used his innovative thinking and problem solving skills to lead the Epic clinical, interface, and supply charge testing efforts. He managed stakeholder meetings, client resources, and was critical to the design, build, test, and deployment of the Epic implementation at three of the largest hospitals in the Partners network. During go-live and post go-live, Luis led the CDM team composed of ten resources in mitigating high impact issues and also met with key stakeholders to report status and provide guidance. Lastly, he developed and executed a training program for new project resources in order to improve implementation processes.
