Job Profile Understanding the project requirements of a project using JIRA by going
through the project FDDs & SPEs.
Attend project meetings with product team, development team, managers and
other stake holders.
Preparing test plans on HP ALM & perform functional testing on all the
enhancement and developments loaded on the test/development system.
Analyze the XMLs generated on Smartpoint via 1G desktop using XMLSPY.
Perform thorough high quality of testing as per the requirements of the CSR.
Identify defects at testing phase before they occur in customer environment.
Prepare Test Assessment report for sign-off & upload on sharepoint.

Description As a Quality Analyst, the main job was to prepare test plans & create test cases as per the project needs. Ensure that all the cases are updated on test lab & all the reported defects are resolved, retested & closed prior to providing QA sign-off. Upload the test report in Sharepoint.
