I have completed three terms with good grades. I started my master thesis this January, where I will be doing research on strategy in the choice of marketing channels. Firms nowadays tend to use channels of communication distribution without exactly knowing what they will get, my goal is to get a better understanding of this. The combination of courses throughout this master program is generally focused on communication, strategy and consumer behavior. There has also been a great focus on social science like economic anthropology, sociology and history.

JOB EXPERIENCE 2010-2015 Part time jobs at NCC Norway

I started in August 2010 through Adecco as a switchboard operator, it was my full time job for 6 months. I returned the following summers as a summer substitute for the switchboard and post- and office service, but as an employer of NCC. I was asked to participate on the project Barnas Byggeskole, a summer camp for children arranged by NCC. For the last two years I have been in charge of daily operations and a member of the project group. In June 2014 I was offered a position in the communication department, and I have worked there part-time alongside my master program. I have worked with updating contact lists, improving the web page based on Google Analytics, translating documents, proof reading documents, preparing presentations and such. I have also participated in training district managers in media handling.

2012-2013 Educational leader in Skrellinga Kanvas Kinder garden I started in Skrellinga September 2012 as an assistant through Adecco. In December I was offered a position as educational leader in one of the wards. From January to June I was responsible for 14 children

aged 0-6 years. Responsibilities such as monthly planning, writing reports, guidance of colleagues, follow and mapping the children, contact person to parents, and making sure the children had a good time.

2011 Backpacker in Central and South America 4,5 months from January to May. Travelled through 11 countries.

BOARDMEMBER (everything is volunteer work side by studies) 2014 à Academic association, Master program We started a new academic association on our program with a goal to connect master students with

companies. We arranged breakfast seminars and a panel discussion during the Career Days of 2015. The focus is ethical boundaries of privacy terms in marketing online. I was in charge of booking participants.

2012 à Head of the leadership-training course for youths, Asker and Bærum branch of Norwegian YWCA-

YMCA. Leading the board and planning weekends of leadership training for youths. I have also given lessons at these weekends. As a leader I work for good processes, good communication and making sure everyone feels as part of the team.

A one-day seminar for our faculty at BI University, I was in charge of the daily operations making sure everything was going accordingly to plan.
