Description: He worked in the Intelligent Card Project of Turkish Army as the team leaderof the software development of several modules. The project covers thedistribution of smart cards to 2 million soldiers and their relatives. The smart

cards are loaded with security, identity information, debit card, finger printapplications. The whole software development group consists of 25 engineers.He had a leading technical role on the Hibernate, Spring and JSF basedarchitecture of the software. He applied several design and enterprise softwarepatterns on the architecture, such as Faade, Domain Model, DependencyInjection, Strategy, MVC, Bridge and Abstract Factory.He applied lots of software development and management methods that ensurequality in the end product. He was an advocate for the application of test driven

development, automated acceptance tests and continuous integration. He usedand taught productivity and quality improvement methods like unit tests, build

automation, refactoring, AOP.
