About the Editors Mr. Shaukat Hayat Saddozai has M. Sc. (Hons) in Agricultural Extension from NWFP Agricultural University Peshawar. Joined PARC in 1995 as Principal Investigator (P.I.) of Agricultural Economics Research Unit (AERU) now working as Director, Technology Transfer Institute, Tarnab-Peshawar. He produced more than thirty research reports for the unit and published ten research articles in the Journals of International repute. He also produced three articles for English national papers. He got training on FSR in Netherlands and participated in a workshop held in Bogor Indonesia. He also got training in PIDE on Project Planning Techniques in Agriculture. Syed Imran Ali obtained B.Sc. and MSc. Degrees from NWFP Agricultural University Peshawar,NWFP. He joined PARC in 1990 as Scientific Officer at Arid Zone Research Institute, Quetta. Presently he is working as SO,TTI, AJ&K.Mr. Imran has a rich experience in farming systems. His learning comprised mainly the exploration of farming system, productivity differential across representative farms and various agro-ecological zones. He has planned and implemented baseline agricultural production and marketing surveys, technology evaluation and adoption studies in the rainfed and irrigated farming systems. He has a strong background in individual crop-livestock enterprises and whole farm profitability analysis .He has more than 10 publications to his credit. Mr. Tahir Zahoor Chohan was born on March 18th 1966. He is an agricultural economist and marketing specialist by profession. He has got MSc and BSc in Agricultural Economics from Agriculture University Faisalabad. He worked as Agriculture Officer for one year in Agriculture Extension Department, Govt: of Punjab. He has Experience of 5 years of working in a community based project (world Bank Funded) and got experience of community Mobilization, Aftercare of FOs, Monitoring of
