    11/2008 to 02/2009 Consultant: The World Bank, Washington D.C., USA. Independent Evaluation Group (IEG).Performed a spatial analysis using ArcGIS to identify villages in the same catchment areas but that were differentiallycovered by a program that provided improved irrigation canals. After identification of such villages, we exploit the timingof the intervention to assess treatment effects on several measures of agricultural productivity using geo-coded householdsurveys. In charge of investment analysis and organization of the companyin order to start a franchising strategy in different cities of Peru.Achievements: Analysis and implementation of an industrial laundry system, saving 50% in variable costs.Successful design of a transactional .NET information system which interconnects the salons with the central office interms of accounting, clients database, employees commissions and inventories.

    08/2003 to 02/2004 - Financial Director: BMP Ingenieros S.A., Lima - Peru. "BMP" is one of the greatesttelecommunications systems integrators in Peru. The responsibility was to organize and analyze different projects in thetelecommunications businesses. The position included economic analysis, business analysis, competitors analysis, cashflow management and financial budgeting.

    Achievements: Successful wage reorganization program which yielded savings of almost 30% in the payroll of thecompany, without decreasing the effective wage of the employees.

    01/2002 to 09/2002 - Finance Assistant: Specchi S.A.C., Lima - Peru. Responsible for cash flow update, investmentanalysis, market risks analysis and general management assistantship.

    07/1999 to 12/2001 - Quality Assistant: BMP Ingenieros S.A., Lima - Peru. I was part of the quality department. Ourmajor responsibility was to develop a quality system in concordance with ISO 9001:2000 quality regulations andcertificate the company with that quality rule.Achievements: Successful Development of a quality system according with ISO 9001:2000 regulations.
