The main source of form con-cept is the egg, as the symbol of world origin, what plays a re-markable part in Ukrainian reli-gious symbolism.
Stylized ukrainian national pat-tern emphasize an important connection between the reli-gion and the life of our nation.
In Christianity the egg means Im-maculate Conception, life and resurrection. Ukrainian “Pysan-ka” become a symbol of joy and belief in Resurrection of Jesus as the symbol of forgiveness.

The building is situated in the new developing area and the concept was to create the main dominant in this zone. Also the egg like form symbol-izes the base of the life and in combination with the main fa-cade - national ukrainian sym-bol called pysanka.

The building is situated between the old and the new part of the town. The concept was to make the transition between them. From the one hand the glass fa-cade reflects all surrounding old architecture, and from the other the form symbolizes and inicite the development of the modern architecture in the new town.

The trading center is located near the railway station in Lviv and it shoud be nice and inviting, create good first imression for visitors. The old soviet architecture and constant openair floating market makes it really unat-tractive. So the concept was to design the clour and nice architecture on this site to to counterbalance it.

Сomplex is separated on two parts for more comfortable planning and it is connected by the uderground parking. The different types of the appartments like the small one and the two-story appartments will create better profitability of the investments.

The sport complex is divided on two parts to sepaarate “wet” and “dry” kinds of sports. This two parts is connected by the entrance hall. The form was designed to be associ-
ated with sports.

26The main idea of the project is to attract people attention to the art and
culture despite of routine everyday work, by creating such cultural ways and spots on their usual routes. In other words not to invite people to the culture,
but to bring it to their everyday life.

The site is situated between the historical city center and new part of the city. Fom the east side it’s border to the important trans-port axis and fom the west to the
developing office zone.
Creating a connection between the bus stop and office zone that will give a possibility for every pe-destrian to observe an exhibition.
Preservation of existing pedestrian way and park zone.
Connections crossing creates NEW CULTURAL PUBLIC SPOT.
