I have more than 25 years’ experience in business and project management, as a professional consultant

and QA/QC/Environmental, Test and Comissioning, RAMS/Safety Management..

I have worked in the management and execution of many operations improvement consultancy projects,

specialising in the development and implementation of control and management systems (mainly quality

environmental and social accountability), process rationalization, operations improvement and productivity

optimization and training. My previous position was as managing partner of a consultancy firm, which allowed me the opportunity to

work in management systems implementation and maintenance projects with all types of companies in

differing sectors and countries. This includes both large firms, and SME’s and public institutions. I am capable of working in a team and I am a proficient teacher. I have management experience from the projects I have headed with a firm commitment to achieving

results. I was the environmental and quality management manager at IMP Consultores and many of its client

companies, maintaining and monitoring quality and environmental management systems.

Since October 2012, I have been QA/QC/Environmental and Document Control Manager, Social

Accountability Coordinator and RAMS and Railways Safety Manager in OHL Arabia Ltd, Haramain High

Speed Project Meca-Medina (ASC Al Shoula Consortium), based in Jeddah (KSA). I have been also in

charge of all the Test and Commissioning activities.
