IntroductionI am a qualified architect with four years post qualification experience holding a Work and Holiday visa. I recently moved from UK and now seek full time employment in your organisation. Until February 2015 I worked as a project architect at JMArchitects in Edinburgh. Our team of architects worked on a variety of projects for the Royal Bank of Scotland, the main banking institution of Scotland. JMArchi-tects was voted Scotland’s #1 Architectural Practice for the last two years by the prestigious magazine Urban Realm.

After a year working for a local company in my home town in Spain, in 2012 I moved to the UK looking for new professional and personal experiences. During the last three years I have worked in both resi-dential and retail projects. This has given me a comprehensive insight of the profession from concep-tion to completion in terms of design, management and development of projects.

I am a creative, capable and enthusiastic person with great attention to the detail and high quality standards. I am experienced in a wide variety of areas, particularly enjoying the design stages of each project where I excel with my presentation skills as well as tracking the projects on site. Selected project: pilot study for RBS new brand strategy in London. Complete renovation of a listed building located in the City of London - £2.4m. Working to client brief, challenging the standard solution where required. I ran the project from feasibility to its successful handover being the main contact of the architects team at all times.
