Each player is responsible for
supplying their own equipment: helmet, mouth
guard, shoulder pads, arms pads, gloves and
stick. All equipment is required for all
participants. Per NCAA rules, Lake Michigan Fall
Lacrosse Classic Academy cannot provide
equipment to participants.
The Lake Michigan Fall Lacrosse Classic Academy is an opportunity to develop and hone your player’s
individual skills in shooting and goalie play. Each camper will receive instruction from NCAA division I and
III coaches. The focus of this academy is to provide the basic and advanced skills to be successful at your
level of play.

Anyone wishing to register the day of the event will have to pay in cash, NO EXCEPTIONS. Space is
limited to ensure a quality lacrosse experience for each player attending.

be provided by the Lake Michigan Fall Lacrosse
Classic Academy Staff.

Each player must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian prior
to the start of the academy. Failure to do so will result in that individual forfeiting the right to participate in
the Lake Michigan Fall Lacrosse Classic Academy.
